Personal Growth Summit

06.10.25 - 08.10.25 | Almis Berghotel in Obernberg am Brenner, Austria

Personal development means that we help you to examine your conditioning and patterns of recent years and update what is in your way. Discover new paths with us, overcome inner barriers and develop your full potential.
Our unique seminar “Personal Growth Summit” combines personal development with body-centered self-exploration. The focus is on self-awareness and discovering your hidden abilities. In an inspiring environment, you create space for change, push beyond your previous limits, and develop sustainable strategies for your future.

What to expect:
  • Uncover & reduce inner hurdles: Identify patterns that keep slowing you down and learn how to overcome them.
  • Discover & utilize your potential: Find out which unused opportunities lie dormant within you and how you can activate them.
  • Experience body-oriented self-experience: Through movement and reflection, you come into contact with yourself, your needs and goals.
Seminar schedule:
  • Group sessions for in-depth reflection and exchange
  • Individual coaching sessions in plenary to work intensively on your topics
  • Peer counseling sessions for mutual group support
  • Short hikes and yoga sessions to balance body and mind
  • Always the opportunity for personal reflection in a wonderful environment “on top of things”
Learning objectives:
  • Gain new perspectives on personal and professional development issues
  • In-depth reflection on one's own personality and potential
  • Receive appreciative feedback from the group and facilitators
  • Create clarity about life needs and goals
  • Find harmony between personal development and future contexts
  • Understanding what it takes for a successful future
  • Update your own mental maps
  • Learn new ways of self-regulation
  • Identify concrete next steps for personal and professional development
This experience is specifically suitable for people who don't often spend time in the mountains. You don't have to be a mountaineer or outdoor enthusiast to attend this seminar. We create a safe space where you can develop both physically and mentally at your own pace. Nature serves as a supporting framework, not as a challenge.

Your focus is entirely on your inner journey.

Seminar Location

We have chosen Almis Berghotel, nestled in the beautiful Obernberger Valley along Austria’s main Alpine ridge, as our seminar location. Here, we will gather in an inspiring seminar room and also share yoga sessions together. We actively integrate the weather and natural surroundings into our program and, whenever possible, will embark on short hikes through breathtaking landscapes. Our journey begins on Monday, October 6th, at 11 a.m. at the parking lot behind Almis Berghotel in Obernberg am Brenner. For those interested in ridesharing, we offer an alternative meeting point at 8:00 a.m. at a conveniently accessible parking lot in southern Munich, easily reached by public transport. After three intensive days, we’ll conclude our time at the alpine retreat by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8th. Participants may then depart individually or join us for a shared drive back to Munich.

FAQs– Personal Growth Summit

1. Do I have to be mountaineering or particularly fit to participate?

No. This seminar is specifically suitable for people who do not regularly spend time in the mountains. The hikes are moderate and tailored to the respective group and weather profile. The hikes have more of the character of walks in beautiful nature. It is about internal movement — not about sporting performance.

2. How do I get to the seminar location?

The seminar will be held at the beautiful Almis Berghotel in Obernberger Tal, Tyrol, Austria. Travel to the location is individual. For participants from the Munich area, we offer a shared ride departing from a conveniently located parking lot accessible by public transport in southern Munich on Monday, October 6th, at 8:00 a.m. Alternatively, the official meeting point is at 11:00 a.m. at the parking lot behind the mountain hotel.

3. How are we accommodated?

We stay at the cozy Almis Berghotel, which is simple, welcoming, and nestled in the heart of nature. Accommodation is available in single or double rooms with meals provided on-site. Reservations at Almis are handled automatically through us.

4. What can I expect content-wise?

An intensive journey to yourself. With group reflections, individual coaching sessions, peer consultations, yoga, body-focused exercises, short hikes, and plenty of space for personal growth. You will receive valuable insights and feedback on your personality, your impact, and your development opportunities. After the event, we will provide you with online access to the tools used. Your involvement begins the moment you have your first conversation with us. For example, this allows us to tailor episodes of the go beyond podcast to the needs of our participants. Alongside organizational information, all participants receive a reflection guide to prepare.

5. What is a typical day in a seminar like?

The days are structured with a rhythm balancing content-focused work phases, movement, silence, and exchange. Each day includes group sessions, body-oriented activities (such as yoga and walking), reflection periods, as well as individual and peer coaching. Every day is designed to keep you connected with yourself and others. Time for yourself is also possible.

6. What should I bring with me?

After registering, you will receive a packing list. You will need weatherproof clothing, comfortable shoes, a yoga mat (if you have one), writing materials, and an openness to new experiences. If you like, you can also bring sauna gear. No special outdoor equipment is necessary — the most important thing is yourself.

7. What happens if the weather is bad?

We're prepared. The program is flexible and carefully integrates the weather. The beautiful seminar room offers space for intensive work, should the weather outside not play along. Everything we do should be good for you — regardless of the weather.

8. Are there individual coaching sessions?

Yes. As part of the seminar, you will receive individual coaching in plenary sessions and have the opportunity to explore your own topics in peer groups. Personal development with us happens in a respectful and profound way.

9. Who is the seminar aimed at?

For everyone ready to face themselves honestly — both professionally and personally. For those seeking change, going through transitions, or wishing to reconnect more clearly with themselves. You’re welcome at any age, in any profession, and regardless of your prior experience with personal development. Of course, you can also attend with your partner. We support our participants in continuing their development journey even after the event. We can discuss details further in a personal conversation.

10. How can I sign up?

After our personal conversation, we ask you to register by email with the agreed conditions. You will then receive an invoice.

11. What does it cost?

That’s exactly what we’ll discuss with you individually over the phone. The participation fee will be aligned with current market conditions. The price depends on whether your company or you are covering the costs, your personal situation at the moment, or if you plan to bring your partner along — which is also possible.

If you’re wondering whether now is the right time, it probably is.

We look forward to supporting you on your inner journey.
