Day 1 – Fundamentals of Systemic Consulting & Systemic Coaching I

We begin with the mental models and principles of systemic work. You’ll learn key foundational attitudes and the worldview of systemic consulting: resource-oriented, relationship-aware, and context-sensitive. The focus is on:

  • What is systemic consulting? And what is it not?
  • Difference between coaching, consulting, and other formats
  • Introduction to systemic questioning techniques and interventions
  • Role and attitude of the consultant in context

Day 2 – Systemic Coaching II & Team Development

On day 2, we deepen systemic support in the coaching context and apply it to teams. How do you work systemically with team dynamics? How can belonging, roles, and tensions be addressed constructively?
