What distinguishes mentoring from coaching or consulting? What kind of mindset does it take to guide others as a mentor - with respect, presence and foresight? We clarify roles, reflect on your previous leadership and support experiences, and connect them with your personal story.

Understanding the mentoring mindset and its deep connection to who you are.
