In our Transformation Mentor Training, we bring together our experience, values, and tools to create a dynamic learning space. Here, we train individuals who don't just accompany change – but shape it with heart, intention, and action.
Transformation mentors are more than coaches. They are pioneers of change, meaning-makers within organizations, and catalysts for a sustainable future. They empower others — not from a position of power, but from inner clarity, maturity, and responsibility. In this training, you will not only develop your methodological skills but also grow personally to a new level: from multiplier, to coach, to true mentor.

The training is designed for people with leadership experience – for example, leaders at all levels, managing directors, physicians, school principals, HR developers, works council members, or officials in administrations and educational institutions.
While coaching often focuses on solving specific problems, mentoring goes further: it combines personal maturity, systemic thinking, and cultural impact. You’ll learn to provide guidance in complex realities, empower others, and shape the future.
You don’t need a coaching certification, but you should have experience in leadership or developing people. Even more important are openness, depth, and a desire for personal transformation. For those without a systemic training background, we offer a three-day intensive seminar.
The training consists of 9 modules over approximately 12 months. Each module lasts 2–3 days, usually in person. The program is designed to be completed alongside your professional work.
The training takes place at inspiring seminar locations in Germany or Austria. The exact venues will be shared upon registration or during the Info Session.
The investment for the training is €8,950 plus VAT, meals, and accommodation. Special rates are available for self-paying participants and non-profit organizations.
Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate as a Transformation Mentor. The certification includes a presentation module, peer feedback, and transfer planning.
